Get the Bingo Card
You can either print the Bingo Card yourself at home, or pick up a printed copy at the following locations:
McHenry Area Chamber of Commerce (1307 N. Green Street, McHenry) 9:00-5:00 Monday -Friday
City Hall (333 S. Green Street, McHenry) – 8:00-4:30 Monday-Friday

Go to ShopNDineMcHenry.com and follow their instructions on downloading the Open Rewards: Shop Local App.
Complete Items on the Bingo Board
Complete at least 5 of the bingo squares on the other side of this card in either a row, a column, or diagonally.
In order to complete your card, you will be required to shop or dine at locally owned McHenry businesses. (Receipts uploaded to the Open Rewards App will be checked against your submitted Bingo Card.)
Write the name of the business you supported for each completed square.
Upload Your Receipts
Be sure to upload all of your receipts to the Shop N Dine McHenry Open Rewards App. (You’ll earn 5% back automatically on every eligible purchase.*) Eligible purchases for the bingo promotion will be between February 1 and February 28, 2025.
Turn In Your Completed Card
When you’re done, fill out the information on the back of the card and drop the entire card off at the McHenry Area Chamber of Commerce (1307 N Green St, McHenry). If you printed it using two pieces of paper, please staple them together. Deadline to submit cards is February 28, 2025.
After confirmation that purchases were made at one of the participating stores, you’ll be entered to win a $300 Visa Gift Card. We will contact the winner by phone and email.
