What is McHenry’s Next?
McHenry’s NEXT empowers young professionals in and around McHenry, by offering dynamic community engagement, vibrant social activities, rewarding volunteer opportunities, and impactful leadership development. Although there is no age restriction, attendees are typically between the ages of 21 and 40.
Build Relationships.
We host a monthly local event designed to inspire and connect the next generation of McHenry County leaders. It’s all about meeting new people, making meaningful connections, and building friendships—networking, but with a fresh, exciting twist!.
Engage in the Community.
Throughout the year our group likes to give back! Whether it’s ringing bells for red kettle or volunteering at local events, we offer fulfilling and visible volunteer opportunities.
Grow Personally and Professionally.
The McHenry Area Chamber, together with our sponsors and industry-leading speakers, present a leadership conference each year. This full-day event includes interactive workshops and the chance to socialize with peers.
